How to Use

Place
Place the pad on your perineal area as shown in the user guide, then you can wear your underwear over the pad.

Connect
Attach it to the device with the snap connector, then select the mode in the app.

Store
Put it in the resealable bag after the session. Each pad can be used for 10 sessions.
